Regarding
Our Products
The spirit of "There is Never “Good Enough,” There Must Always Be “Something Better,” " originating from Toru Kumon, the founder of the Kumon Method, is also inherited in the creation of Kumon Publishing’s toys and books.
During the development phase, through repeated monitoring and user feedback, we meticulously craft our products.
The foundation of creating toys, picture books, children's books, and study reference books is the commitment to "create something that contributes to the growth of everyone."
For toys, in addition to the development department, our customer service representatives also conduct "Pre-launch Toy Risk Assessments," including monitoring and expert hearings.
Kumon Publishing products adhere to various safety and compliance checks from the design stage.

About
Quality Control
The Quality Safety Management Meeting involves department heads and representatives from development, production, and customer service to share feedback and inquiries to discuss and aim for better quality management.
If a product is recalled due to a defect, we examine the actual item to consider specific problems and countermeasures. Discussions in this meeting lead to various quality improvements, from revising explanations in workbooks to changing toy molds.
